Rates: All room rates are based on double occupancy. All rates are quoted in US Dollars. Limit two persons per room. Additional persons shall be allowed upon prior permission at a rate of $10/night during the off season and $20/night during the high season.

Reservation Deposits: To guarantee your reservation, we require a 50% deposit per night per room.

High Season: Prepayment in full (at time of booking) is required to guarantee reservations during Christmas/New Years, Easter, Spring Break and Carnaval seasons.

Cancellations: Reservations cancelled 31-60 days in advance of your reservation will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If a reservation is cancelled 30 days or less of your check-in date, you agree to forfeit your full deposit. Due to very high demand, room reservation payments in high season are NOT REFUNDABLE.
